INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Hoki filet, cut into strips
- 1 cup panko crumbs or Lupin Flakes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
3. Combine panko crumbs or lupin, parmesan and parsley in a mixing bowl
4. Roll each strip of fish in the crumb mix and place on baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil
5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
6. Serve with roast potatoes and salad
