INGREDIENTS:
- 200g tinned chickpeas
- 2 heaped tablespoons tahini
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1/4 cup water
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture forms a smooth paste
2. Place into a serving bowl & drizzle with a little extra EVOO
